CircuitTree, LLC ("CircuitTree") is headquartered in Tacoma, Washington. We provide agricultural automation hardware and software ("Products"), installations and software subscription services ("Services"). CircuitTree uses data center locations solely in the United States of America.

CircuitTree asks for your account information which includes your name, business name, email address, physical address, phone number, and credit card (stored directly with a third party processor), and website domain. By voluntarily providing CircuitTree with your account information, you represent that you own and consent to our use of such personal data.

Individuals located in the EEA may have additional statutory rights available to them with respect to their personal information, including the right to access your personal information, have it erased, have it corrected, or object to or restrict processing. CircuitTree will need to verify that the individual is inquiring about his/her own information before we can assist with the request.
We will comply with such requests to the extent legally required by applicable law or the EU-US or Swiss-US Privacy Shield. For EU individuals, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Shipping Time & Method
There is presently a 7 to 10 day lead time on preparing orders for shipment once an order is placed. All orders will be shipped using the shipping method you selected on our shopping cart checkout form.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels, materials, and accessories intact.
To return an item, please e-mail our customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase along with the RMA number. Mail your return to:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return.
After receiving your return package and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
